Shipping

GM Fabrics will ship your order most reliable, safest & fastest method possible, to provide best delivery experience. We have tied up with reputed courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. GMF provide free shipping on Cart valueequal or more than Rs.1499 (inclusive of taxes), else a delivery charge of Rs.149 will be charged on your order. Currently we are not accepting any Order with Cash on Delivery (COD) Option

Delivery Time Frames: We will ensure that the product reaches you within 5 to 10 working daysfrom the date of purchase depending upon location of delivery.

GM Fabrics does not deliver products outside India currently. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world, however, please ensure that the delivery address is within India. Our courier partners do not deliver to certain pin codes - you will be intimated if we can service to your location based on the pin code entered by you.

Please do NOT pay for any additional charges to courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.

Customer will get an email on registered email id notifying dispatch details of the order including courier partner details and the tracking number. We encourage you to track your order online on the courier company’s website.

If for some reason, your order has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be tracked with the information provided, please contact us at contact@gmfabrics.com

Exchange & Returns

We at GMF strive to make your shopping experience seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free, and therefore try our best to ensure that every product you order is in top condition before it leaves our warehouse. However, sometimes our products do not match your expectations. Keeping our customers in mind, we have devised a return policy which makes it easy to refund/exchange your product.

You can only apply for a Return/Exchange from your GM Fabrics account. Login to your account and go the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on ‘View/Edit Order Details’ for the respective order.

Items can be returned/Exchanged if:

  • The product is damaged in Transit, defective during manufacturing process, or received wrong Product send us images at contact@gmfabrics.com
  • You are not satisfied with product-If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return as long as it meets the terms and conditions
  • Order cancellation- Orders that are already in transit or have left our warehouse cannot be cancelled. We will issue the full refund for the orders that are cancelled before they have left our warehouse.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Customers can exchange/return their order within 10 daysfrom the date of order delivery.
  • Customers will need to return the product with its original packaging and tags for us to process your exchange product/refund. In case of absence of the same, your return pick-up may get rejected.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been used, washed or soiled.
  • We will provide instructions to contact our logistics partner and agree on a pick up time. In some areas where a pickup cannot be arranged, we will request you to ship the item using a pre-approved provider with a tracking mechanism (i.e. AWB Confirmation)
    • If you are shipping the goods on your own you can select ‘To Pay’ option in your courier and the same will be borne by us. We recommend shipping your item back with some sort of tracking (i.e. AWB Confirmation) as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When we receive your return package, we will inspect your item to confirm that it is unused and in original packaging. Only then will we issue your refund, or exchange. We will send an email to you upon receipt for your records.

    • On receiving the product at our facility, return or exchange will be processed/refund will be credited to your account in 7-10 working days
    • We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used.
